1. Are all of your lessons taught online?

All of our lessons are taught via the Internet or via phone.

2. Are all of your translation services provided online?

All of our translation, localization, editing, and proofreading services are provided via the Internet. Our Interpretation services are provided via the Internet as well as via the phone.

3. What materials do you use for your lessons?

We use a variety of materials for our lessons: textbooks, grammar books, online resources, movies, cartoons, songs, realia, etc.

4. Do I need to purchase any books for my lessons with you?

You don’t need to purchase any books for your lessons with us. However, having a good English-Russian and Russian-English dictionary is a plus.

5. What happens if I lose my Internet connection during the lesson?

We can easily reschedule your lesson for the time that was lost due to the technical difficulties, or we can continue your lesson via the phone.

6. How quickly will I learn Russian?

We cannot give you a straight answer to this question, because your proficiency in Russian will depend on numerous factors, such as: time allocated for studying the language, previous foreign language exposure, your goals and motivations, etc. We can, however, promise that you will start speaking Russian as soon as your first lesson.

7. What is my instructor’s native language?

Your instructor’s native language is Russian.

8. How should I address my instructor?

You can address your instructor by her first name, which is Natalia, or by her nick name, which is Natasha. In Russian language, everyone has a formal name (the one that’s used in formal documents, etc.) and numerous nick names that are formed by using various suffixes, which are added to the root of the name.
