Lessons:

- Lessons will begin only after the payment has been cleared.
- All payments are nonrefundable.
- The instructor cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties during the lesson.
- If the payment was made and the lesson was disrupted due to the lost connection or technical difficulties, you will be able to set up another lesson for the time period that was lost.
- You are required to give at least a 12-hour notice of cancellation in order to receive a credit of time equal to the canceled lesson.
- All lessons must be used within 6 months of the date the payment has been received. Absolutely no monetary refund will be given for lessons that have not been used within the 6-month period.
- As a rule, all communication between the student and the teacher is conducted via e-mail.
- You may not record live sessions without your instructor's knowledge and permission.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any written materials, recordings, or methodologies by SpeakRussianNow.
- You may only use SpeakRussianNow's learning materials for your own learning purposes.
- SpeakRussianNow.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Translations:

- Translation services will begin only after the payment has been cleared.

- The translator cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties you might experience trying to download translated documents or during the conference calls.
