All payments are final and nonrefundable.
You also understand that by making your contact information public on our website, anyone who visits our website will be able to contact you. Thus, we make no warranties as to anyone’s conduct and compatibility. You understand that you will be held completely responsible for any and all information you share in your personal ad on our website.
You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users of our website, particularly if you decide to meet with someone, who either finds your information on our website or who has his or her information listed on our website. You fully and completely understand that we at SpeakRussianNow.com make no guarantees regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the listings on our website.
In no event, we at SpeakRussianNow.com will be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, general, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of our services, including without limitation, emotional distress, bodily injury, and/or any other damages resulting from meetings or communications with other people you encounter through our website.
You understand that it is your responsibility to review and edit all information before you submit your Personal Ad form on our website. Once the advertisement is live on our website and you decide that you want to change some information, there will be a flat fee of $5.00 each time you want to change something in your Personal Advertisement.
You are also aware that we do not include any photographs in personal advertisements on our website. Your personal ad may not contain any sexual content. All personal advertisements on our website are subject to our final approval. If approved, your personal ad will go live after your payment is submitted.We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, for any reason. Thus, it is recommended that you periodically review them.

Submit Payment
Your monthly charge of $12.00 will begin from the day your Personal Ad goes live on our website, and not from the moment your payment is submitted. After 30 days, your personal advertisement will expire and it will be removed. If you decide to continue publishing your Personal Ad on our website, it is your responsibility to submit your payment before the ad’s expiration date. If the advertisement is removed before you submit your payment and you decide to continue with the service, you will need to fill out the Personal Ad form on our website all over again.
